7-Day Offline Chat Counseling
Hi, I’m Nova Cruz (aka Mommy Nova). Welcome to my blog. I’ve been providing marriage counseling offline and online since 2012. Had my MA in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. I was trained in Gottman Couples Therapy Method.
At present, I am providing an offline chat counseling, wherein you can message me all day. I will get back to you at least twice in a day for seven business days (excluding Sunday). It could also just be a consultation depending on what you need. This counseling arrangment is adapted from BetterHelp services.
It costs 700php.
During the whole week, I will be your support system and/or temporary attachment figure.
- …listen to your problems, thoughts, and feelings.
- …provide feedback, empathy, psychoeducation, coaching, and the likes
- …probe your psyche and might ask about your childhood
- …set personal and/or relationship goals with you.
- …and others

After I talk with you, can you speak with my partner?
Yes, but only if your partner is willing, which I will ask before we begin the session. However, a face-to-face couple counseling is highly recommended. If your spouse is up for it, grab that opportunity.
Can we meet in person? Can you be our couple counselor?
Unfortunately, I don’t have a physical office yet and I’m not currently affiliated with any counseling centers, so I cannot meet with you in person.
How will confidentiality be maintained?
Your shared information from our session will be kept confidential. Written messages on Facebook, Viber, and Skype will be deleted one week after our session. Alternatively, you may use the secret chat feature of the messenger platform of your choice.
I will not be sharing your information with anyone. But I do sometimes blog about a client’s issue, but names and other major and minor details are modified.
What will I be asked to do?
Before the session, you will be asked to provide the following general information:
Your Nickname / Age:
Your Spouse’s Nickname / Age:
