Pasta Alfredo Sauce

 

A very yummy recipe from a Girltalker mommy. The first time I cooked this, my hubby really loved it. There are times when he goes home, he surprises me with Pasta alfredo ingredients.

It looks like a complex dish, but the preparation and cooking aren’t. Even if you’re a beginner, you can do it right the first time. Try it and your loved ones will surely love it!

Ingredients

1/2 kilo pasta penne (or any kind of pasta you want)
1/2 cup butter
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup evap
1/2 cup parmesan cheese ( or you can substitute any local cheese, just grate it na lang)
1 cup nestle cream
1 can mushrooms (sliced)
Fried chopped bacons (optional)

 

Procedure
1. Melt butter in pan
2. Saute bouillon cubes until it melts.
3. Add milk, 1 cup water, cheese, 1 Tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, mushrooms
4. Simmer 3 minutes
5. Stir in cream till the sauce become creamy.
